0. Market Problem & Opportunity

Billions of files are shared daily without authentication. Deepfakes, fake documents, and copyright theft are exploding. Centralized certification is slow, expensive, and not future-proof.

Current Challenges:

  • Document forgery and file manipulation costs businesses $42B annually
  • Centralized notary services charge $25-$100 per certification
  • Existing solutions are vulnerable to quantum computing threats
  • No universal standard for digital file certification

QuantumCoin brings an open, decentralized, and quantum-resistant alternative — ready for the AI-driven era of internet trust. The global digital certification market is projected to reach $15B by 2027, with blockchain solutions capturing 35% of this market.

Abstract

QuantumCoin (QTC) is a Solana token designed to certify files in a decentralized, fast, and quantum-resistant manner. It is based on a simple and intuitive web application, a public certification explorer system, and a post-quantum encryption protocol called Cobra.

Key innovations:

  • Immutable certification on Solana (1000x cheaper than Ethereum)
  • Cobra protocol (post-quantum encryption combining lattice-based and ECDSA)
  • Simple, accessible interface with Phantom/Solflare integration
  • Enterprise-ready API for bulk certification

1. Introduction

1.1 Context

In the era of generative AI and digital manipulation, proving file authenticity has become crucial. Centralized solutions are expensive, slow, and vulnerable. QuantumCoin addresses these limitations with an open and transparent Web3 solution.

1.2 Proposed Solution

QuantumCoin offers:

For Users

  • Browser-based, no installation
  • Complete privacy - files stay local
  • Instant verification with QR codes

Technical Advantages

  • Quantum-resistant by design
  • Transactions under $0.01
  • No smart contracts needed

2. Technical Specifications

2.1 Architecture

QuantumCoin's architecture is based on three pillars:

2.2 Protocole Cobra (Post-quantum)

The Cobra protocol combines Euclidean lattice encryption with elliptic signature. It will be integrated into Certify Pro to provide unmatched post-quantum security. It is open-source and lightweight.

2.3 Security Considerations

Core Protections

  • Wallet-based authentication
  • Files not stored — only hashes on-chain
  • Open GitHub codebase

Quantum Resistance

  • Cobra encryption layer
  • Lattice-based cryptography
  • Hybrid ECDSA approach

3. Token Economy

3.1 Distribution

  • Liquidity: 30% (locked 12 months)
  • Marketing & Growth: 25% (influencers, onboarding)
  • Development Reserve: 20% (Cobra, Certify Pro, etc.)
  • Team & Advisors: 15% (vesting 24 months)
  • Private Sale: 10% (vested)
Token Distribution

3.2 Utility

Certification

Pay for file certification (0.10 USDC/QTC per file)

Governance

DAO voting rights (Phase 4)

Rewards

Staking rewards for validators

Total Supply: 25,000,000 QTC – fixed and immutable.
All minting and burning rights have been revoked permanently. No future token creation or destruction is possible.
